    Semi-automatic block machine QT4-24 is small semi-automatic baking-free block making machine, mechanical vibration, platform and mold vibration, electric push-pull mould, automatic feeding material, simple to operate, saving labor force.

    Normal production needs about five persons: one operates the mixer, one person operates the host machine, and one person feeds material, the left two transport brick.
    This semi-automatic block machine can produce hollow block (400*200*200mm) 450pcs per hour, solid/standard brick (240*115*53mm) 3000 pcs per hour.
    Theoretical workshop area: 60m2, need about 3-4workers. The office, curing area, stacking area are arranged according to your specific conditions.
